REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY
There is a 30-day refund on any packages or MP3s. If any refunds are made, the processing fees may or may not be refunded. There are no refunds for any reason following completion of a 1-1 session or remote clearing. A 1-1 session or remote clearing may be rescheduled no later than 48 hours prior to the time of your appointment or remote clearing date. I understand that if I’ve purchased any program with 1:1 session or a remote clearing(s), that I must complete my session and/or submit my information to Joy for the remote clearing within 6 calendar months after purchase. Requests for refunds of 1-1 sessions must be emailed to Joy at least 48 hours before the scheduled time of the session.
